We spent a couple of days with my brother and his family in El Cajon. Our plans for Tuesday fell through so we headed to the beach. I've always wanted to go to Coronado, so we did! On the drive there the kids and I made a pact that we'd have happy attitudes, no complaining, arguing, or nagging and that'd we all have fun. It was the best day ever! Relaxing, refreshing and argument free. Loved it!! That night Jared came over to Tate's and we had part-family birthday dinner for Jared. (We used to call our monthly dinners 'family dinners' but it was noted that that was inaccurate because not all the family was there...so now we call then part-family dinners! This time it was with my bros and us!) We played Ticket to Ride and had a super time!

Karlee...she had a fever the night before but woke up clear eyed and happy. Go figure.
