Karlee's Polar Express Experience

On Friday, the Polar Express came to Karlee's class! What a fun day! So glad I could be there to share it with her! I love that our Kindergarten teachers do so much for the kids!

When the kids got to school (in their jammies) they were met with a line to meet the conductor and get their golden Polar Express ticket.

When they got inside they notciced that 'someone' had tracked snow from their fireplace to where their stockings were hung on the wall and that they were now full!!! They figured out pretty fast that Santa had coming during the night!

Then after reading the Polar Express book, and before watching the movie, they went for a train ride. It was cold outside just like in the book. The teacher at the front of the line blew her train whistle as they went around. Very fun!

Santa came after the movie was over and gave everone a bell off his sleigh, just like in the book, and a candy cane!

Then we enjoyed pancakes, bacon and hot cocoa!

What a great way to spend the last day before Christmas break!
