The last several days have been hard ones for us. Karina lost her good friend from high school, Jason Moreno, to cancer on Sunday. He'd fought off a rare form of bone cancer for 3 1/2 yrs. He was couragous to the end. He lived life to the fullest and never took anything for granted. He's zest and enthusiasm will be missed. We are comforted in knowing he is now at peace and painfree.
Last night we were told my Uncle Glade passed away. It was very sudden and we are still in a state of shock. He was a loving uncle who served others his whole life. He was especially kind to the children and could always be counted on have a kind word for you. We will sorely miss him and grieve for my aunt and cousins especially.
We'd appreciate your prayers on behalf of these fine men's widows and children.
We are reminded how precious life is and want to let you know we love you all and are so grateful for your friendship and love. May the Lord keep you safe.
