The American River 50
I'm going to let Mark do the major post about his run on Sat but thought I'd let you know he did an amazing job and we are so proud of him. He made it 40.2 of the 50 miles. He decided it was better to stop than risk injury and is feeling good about what he accomplished. Not many people can say they ran 40 miles in one day!
